How to Apply Brow Lift:

1. Slightly bend the spoolie of your and use the spoolie to brush out your eyebrows.
2. Dip spoolie into the Brow Lift and brush the spoolie through your brows, directing hairs upwards and outwards for a fluffy, lifted look.
3. Use the spatula end of the applicator to flatten the brow hair in the same direction for a laminated look that stays put. Let dry for 60 seconds.
