How to Apply Lip Plumping Gloss:

1. Prep your lips with e.l.f. Lip Exfoliator as an optional first step for a smooth surface.
2. Optional: Outline lips with e.l.f. Cream Glide Lip Liner in a shade close to your natural lip color or your Lip Plumping Gloss shade.
3. Using the applicator, start at the center of the bottom lip and glide outward. Repeat on the top lip, focusing on the center areas first to enhance the plumped look.
